Comprehensive Autism Center

SPG is thrilled to welcome Comprehensive Autism Center into the SPG community! CAC serves and supports children and families living with autism, providing ABA therapy in their three southern California centers as well as in home. A warm welcome to all our new CAC colleagues. We are so happy that you are part of the SPG family!

Welcome, new employees!

We have 44 bright and shining new faces to welcome to SPG since June 1st! We are so happy to have you as part of the SPG community. We may be growing, but we are a small company at heart. Please keep an eye out for SPG get-togethers (virtual though they may be) to get to know colleagues in your area.

Equity & Awareness Focus Group

Thanks to all who participated in the SPG Community Conversations over the past few months and for sharing your valuable ideas there. SPG hopes to form an ongoing focus group on diversity, equity & inclusion within our professional disciplines, within our company, and our community. If you would like to be a part of this focus group, please contact Mengting Shieh (mengting.shieh@speechpath.com).

Book Group!

A number of members of SPG’s Cultural and Linguistic Diversity Special Interest Group have been reading The New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander this summer, and will be meeting to discuss late August or early September.

Interested? Contact Maret Wilson (maret.wilson@speechpath.com).

We’ve got you covered

We are all wondering about the possibility of returning to in-person service-  if, when, and how. SPG has secured a reserve of PPE so that SPG employees will be appropriately equipped as in-person services resume. SPG is not only communicating with districts about their plans for returning to in-person service delivery, but also monitoring public health recommendations county by county.
