Learning Outcomes:

  • Become familiar with the Stages Framework (7 stages of learning aligned with Blooms Taxonomy)
  • Identify apps and software which correlate to each stage of learning
  • Practice using educational apps/software to assess a variety of skill areas, including cause-effect, conceptual knowledge, categorization, visual association, receptive and expressive vocabulary, and written expression
  • Determine instructional levels and appropriate learning activities for a student with special needs
  • Participants are encouraged to bring and iPads/Tablet computer to training for hands on practice
