A Response to Intervention Approach for Language Disorders *

Presented by SPG Clinical Supervisors (3 hrs)

Participants will understand the Response to Intervention mandate and will learn to identify Tier level strategies for RTI and why this is beneficial for students, therapists and administrators. This presentation will also discuss the process of referrals for students with language delays and identify those students who would benefit from a Language Improvement Class. This hands-on workshop utilizes active participation with tools and activities related to methods of instruction and tracking progress for students in a RTI program.
